TCE/PPH Third Annual Evaluation Report: Summary of Key Findings, 2004
In May 2004, the Center for Community Health and Evaluation submitted the third Annual Evaluation Report to the PPH Office and The California Endowment. The report summarizes and discusses the progress achieved by the partnerships through August 2003, PPH Grant Year 3.

Annual Evaluation Report, 2003
In June 2003, the Center for Health and Evaluation submitted its second Annual Evaluation Report to PPH and TCE. The report reviews the progress local partnerships made through the first year of implementation (September 2002). A discussion of factors that appear to contribute to progress is also presented.
