PPH has both the infrastructure and staff expertise to provide overall management for a major initiative or program. Partnering principally with The California Endowment, PPH has both designed and provided major assistance with grantee selection processes; managed grant contracts and deliverables; coordinated and provided direct technical assistance, including developing tools and materials to support grantee success; identified lessons learned and promising practices and models to advance the field; provided strategic recommendations and support to the funder for overall initiative coordination and future direction; and has fostered cross program learning with similar initiatives and programs.
